नकळत

नकळत शिरली ती
हृदयात माझ्या
ठोके पळवले कधी
मला कळलेच नाही

I met people

I went to bars and clubs,
Even some high end pubs;
I saw humans all around,
Their senses nowhere to be found.

They were all high and drunk,
In their own world flying or sunk;
So I searched for someone to talk,
And I decided to take a walk.

I watched everyone passing by,
No one had time even to die;
Lost in the maze of time,
Forgetting themselves was their crime.

Tired at last I stopped by a tea stall,
That's where I saw them all;
Drinking tea and remembering the past,
Talking about how time flew fast.

Sharing tales and stories,
Forgetting all their worries;
Smiling and laughing, they were fun,
They had time and nowhere to run;
They were happy and simple,
That day I met people.

स्वतःच्या शोधात मी स्वतःच हरवलो
जिथून शोध सुरू केला तिथेच सापडलो

हकीकत

मैं ख्वाबों में उलझा
तू हकीकत सयानी
काश सच होजाए
और सुलझ जाए ये कहानी

Half

People might think
they are only one-half
and are searching
for their other half.
But what if
you are already complete?
Just heads sometimes
And sometimes just tails.

सफ़र

वक्त के सफ़र में
आज एक मुकाम पीछे छूट गया
कुछ अच्छी कुछ बुरी
यादों का पिटारा साथ बांध लिया
चल पड़े हैं फिर से
नए ठिकाने की ओर
थोड़ी उमंग थोड़ी उम्मीद लिए
हर मुसाफ़िर बस आगे बढ़ता रहा

Festival of lights 

On the dark nights,
just a spark of light 
can brighten your path.
Imagine how 
the world would be illuminated,
if we all ignite our light within.

Even the clock is just meant to tell you the time;
Good time or bad time is all up to you.

अगर आइने में देख के
ख़ुद में इंसान नज़र आए
तो ज़िंदगी में कामयाब हो तुम

Champions

Last time we failed,
Our hearts were impaled,
We kept bleeding blue;
But today we know all,
Why do we fall?
To keep bleeding blue;
With the roaring passion we played,
That's how champions are made,
We always bleed blue.
