In every corner,
You can't be with your partner.
So, you chose a friend,
A lucrative trend.
Smiles you lend
For his heart once bent.
Loneliness is ubiquitous,
Attention being momentous,
You run to your lover.
He's busy, you don't hover.
You run to him,
He settles you down,
Gets a clown.
You enunciate overtly in mist,
How a lech you get, at tryst.
He laughs!
What a bluff.
You leave saying "Thanks".
Wasn't all too frank?
He gets numb.
Are you dumb?
If you can't judge truth,
Cursed is your grace.
Lust awaits, hungry for your flesh.-
Love isn't easy,
Don't get too busy.
It's love,
No flying dove.
Once heart's broken,
Thoughts get shaken.
They are in Confusion!
Whether I love?
Fusion is tough!
Are you smart,
Possessing a drowning craft?
Willing to save them,
Or dancing to be lame?
Full of unworthy patience?
You agonize,
Eclipsed by their silence.
I'm no jury!
But don't hurry.
Let them first shine,
Their gift is time.

In this vast vicinity of earth,
where millions of miles are left for a man to travel.
Where beaches merge with the sky every evening
and the grasslands look perfectly green.
Where people fall in love with a sweet tinge in there heart.
Where every day is a new beginning
and nights are perfect to hold tight someone special.
Lying on a roof amid swirling breeze some count the countless stars.
Some sweep into dreamland, living another life.-
Fate took her from one country to another. In the way she lost her precious jewels. Family got scattered, friends forgot her and her children grew up out of her sight and knowledge.
She was born as a princess. Still she is but with no kingdom left to take refuge and now she is also a recluse.
She is the Princess of nowhere.-
Sometimes from my room's window I see a girl, seven or eight years old, carrying back water from a nearby well. She will be wearing a seedy green frock, her unkempt hair usually set loose, her eyes always fixed straight and her russet round face bespattered with sweat and expressionless. But her unreadable face always said, care is unknown to her.
My room is on first floor and our building has reflective window glasses. During daytime all our closed windows turn into mirrors for the outer world.
Every afternoon while passing by our building, a smile will bloom on her placid face when she finds herself on the closed ground floor window. She will pause for few seconds, thread fingers through her hairs dissatisfiedly, tug few strands behind her ear with a hint of smile and walk away glancing herself from the corner of her eyes.
Maybe everyday she rediscovers herself in that mirror.-
During my college days, I used to stay in a PG with few of my friends. One of whose birthday came. So, we decided to celebrate it at the tick of midnight. That evening I went to a cake shop in a bazaar nearby. The shop was festooned in festive colours showcasing its part to make an occasion rosy. I was dwelling through the varied array of cakes and pastries kept on display, most out of budget and few considerable. I choose one and gave my friend's name to be drawn in cream. In the next moment, I noticed a woman clad in austere saree, her eyes hovering through the cakes clearly having no idea and confused. Her look was in contrast to the lustre of the shop. Her face and hair whispered the hardship of her daily life and her repaired footware told how they both have endured together over time. She tried to be confident and pointed her finger at a cake. A staff confirmed by pronouncing its name and she nodded in agreement. Then he asked what to write on it. She told a name, I can't remember, but I do remember her reply to the second question. "Could you write down the name please?" She said "I don't know how to write."

Hell was drawn by the fortunate and heaven by the deprived.
An idea to live by.
Fortunate dreaded of falling down while deprived dreamt of rising up.
Virtue and sin, though a game played on earth, raises or drowns it's participants into unknown.-
When the sun shines bright,
Everything seems alright.
Clouds form and disappear,
Only to reappear,
Just like sorrow,
Gone today but may return tomorrow.
So why to worry,
Share what's your story.
Live your life with a smile,
Fall in love with a demure smile.
Dance and drench in the first rain,
If cold, scolding and care comfort you in pain.
Gather with friends around a bonfire,
To Sing, listen and admire.
Let the sweet night breeze kiss you,
Tonight's moonbeam is for only you.
Such a beautiful day it is,
Let's dance and live in it as it is.-
Good people
Bad people
And that's the one and only difference between humans.
