Sometimes you have to kill your curiosity to let things unravel, stay put focus on what's in front. Kill your curiosity if need be.

some relationships are like those faded aromatic candles that are burnt out , the arena smell like the candle, but it's ultimately smelling of what used to be, I guess that's how the journey of life is ♥

We were hunter gatherers a few thousands years ago, slowly and gradually we grew out of the jungle into small settlements and eventually into cities, we became civilized and sophisticated.
Until, the advent of social media, we got this silent pandemic of mental illness! More so prevalent than anything else, people got competitive, they started aspiring for what could be than what is and tirelessly burn themselves out in search of something more, which I won't say is altogether a bad thing. Some got the answers and evolved, but some got stuck somewhere and loaded that stuck scenario in the form of a perpetual state of stress, anxiety, depression, repression, oppression and many other sions. The heart breaks are more than ever, they're acting up on their limbic system's call and aligning it to their frontal lobe, finally executing and going from one person to another leaving people in bits and pieces and voids, Did we just evolve enough to express our animalistic side. so did we just unleashed the jungle only to be called as "urban jungle"?

The journey of healing begins with taking care of your inner child, instead of finding someone to take care of it for you, with the due understanding and exploration

has caused me raise all my instincts and go from neurotic to psychotic and back to neurotic..the only help I need was your presence but alas that's what I was fighting for, to keep you from going away. Oh the fear of losing you, oh the fear of losing you..

"energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, it changes from one form to another" having kept this into account, while we try to avoid the trauma that happend to us it's important to remember that the change in our energy if not processed in the way it requires, will take several erratic forms. It's important that we save ourselves from the this unwelcomed release, because at the end of the day, e=mc*2

everything that you get except for your own body and mind, is on a leash. And it's important that you remember this. So stay with yourself, stay with yourself..

Nobody told me to be in the present, there was something about the future or past or the unknown.
But what about now? The present that I got.
Do the struggles of my past and the heart breaks still hold me accountable for them? Does it reflect? Do I reflect it? Or should I reflect it and make it a part of the cognitive distortion I carry.
I shouldn't have done this I should have done that. Maybe it would have been better or worse or something different.
But what about the present? Who is going to live in the present that I got? There's absolutely no do-overs here. The present will become a past and be a part of white noise. Do I want my life to be filled with white noise? Is that the kind of life I imagined living? Filled with white noise?
So I ask, what about the present? — % &

Have you ever found yourself in a flower? or a book, or a poetry or in the melody and lyrics of a song? Have you ever found yourself in someone's dream or your own? Have you ever found your way back to yourself from there, while you were lying in your clutter and suddenly the epiphany hits you and a eureka happens. The only way for it to happen is when you stay with your clutter, and you let the light enter. Because you stayed with your mess and didn't decide to give up or escape. So stay with your mess, stay with your mess. Let The light enter, the light would enter. our brain is an amazing organ that won't let us stay there forever. So let the light enter.
