And the timing of recieving water is fixed!!
The one who gets water any time; doesn't have it's value,
They wastes water like; water is present in profuse!!

In this world, everyone has the right to have education, vote, freedom,food, water etc...
So why this partiality with Poor's /villager's!?
Save water , save life! Spread happiness and live long life;
Be kind with water if don't wanna strife!!
