রাত জাগা কাহিনীগুলোতে
খুব চেনা মুহূর্তের গন্ধ ভাসে
কিছুটা আবছা, কিছুটা অমিল
মাঝপথে মাঝির পথ চেয়ে আমি
ফাঁকা নদী, আকাশময় শঙ্খচিল
মিল পেলে খুঁজোনা আমায়
বিলুপ্তপ্রায় সংখ্যায় ভাসছি
আশেপাশে , আনায়-গোনায়
আর তোমার ভাবনায়।

চেয়ে দেখো ওই মরীচিকা কতো দূর
ধোঁয়াশার কালো আস্তরণে ঢাকা
আলোক শুন্য পৃথিবীতে দেখে যাই
মানব-বিস্ফোরণের ছবি আঁকা
বদলের অপেক্ষায় বদলে গেছে ছায়াপথ
তাই নিষিদ্ধ হবে আজ বাণী চারণ
যদি দূষিত রক্তের ছাপ পাও বন্দুকে
বুঝো সিন্ধুকে বুদ্ধি রাখা বারণ।
