Mother, the sky was crying today
Why was it crying, Mother?
Was it because they were left alone by the person they loved?
Does that happen very often?
Or would the sky cry because it had been simply just sad?
Just like you?
Mother, was the sky crying for the same reason you cry?
Was the downpour caused by the stress of life?
The children it bore?
Mother, when the sky was crying today it reminded me of you.
Because after it stopped. the sun came out and the sky was bright again.
Mother, if only you were able to over come your inner storms and had waited for the sun to come out again,
Maybe we could have still been together.

It's been one of those days when the minutes go by too slowly and the sunlight shines with no warmth. The kind where everything seems to be collapsing. When the air lingers a smell of something forgotten. A friend, your favourite childhood doll , your mother's tea or the stranger your eyes met on the streets. It's been a kind of day where you just feel lost, a day you have spent drowning yourself in a song for hours like the thoughts in your head.
Over and over again but whose lyrics you still cannot get right.
It's been the kind of day where you just feel lost, like a part of you is missing but you have no idea which part.
So you just there and ache.-

No ones happiness is the same shape. When I am sad, the hole that is left is not going to match anyone else's. Where I find fulfillment, other's may not.
That's okay.
My happiness does not have to look like your happiness.
My sadness does not have to look like your sadness.
The only person who has to be able to recognize what fulfills me is me.-

The person who she thought was her everything is not there a moment later.The girl she thought she could never be friends with is her best friend now.The person she thought she could never click with became her secret keepers.The two girls who say they are “BFF GOALS” don’t know a thing about each other.The tall guy who she thought could touch the sky fears height.The guy she thought who has never fallen in love had his heart broken too.The boy who sits beside bragging about her girlfriend doesn’t know what true love is.Ask her how the world is and she says, “The world is blind you know”
