Can't I be a Princess, minus the stepmother?
Can't I be a Queen, ruling the world, but minus the war? 
Can't I be this? Can't I be that,
minus all that defines this and that. 
I ask this every time things get hard. 

I want their rapture without their sorrow, 
I want their destiny without the path, 
They had trodden. I see their bright present
Not their bleak past. 


If only I could see what lessons fairytales hide, 
If only I could see what the history teaches us, 
If only I could see their trials and tribulations, 

Then I would see that argent bright future, 
Then I would let my frivolous questions go, 
And be one of them but my own.

Before the enthralling moonlight;
Delve deeper into the dark skies,
Let me show you the world;
As I see when I am with thee.

An enchanting starry night-
Amidst the city lights,
A sweet whispering melody-
Heard above the cacophony,

A sweet fragrant whiff-
Well past the discerning niff,
A kindered spirit I met,
Stirred my heart to unrest.

Yet my soul lives in tranquility,
Relishing in the propinquity,
So I give my love, and thank thee;
For weaving this thread of destiny.

A sigh of hope and warmth,
Cascading the weary soul,
Sweet & alluring, filled with mirth.

Then comes the flurry and fury,
Of echoes of the unearthed past,
Jolting and swirling the emotions,
In the unwary ardour heart.

The sun knows,
Winds' hushed whispers,
And their stormy capers,

The sun has heard,
Their whistling symphony,
And their tumultuous cacophony.

The sun has witnessed,
Their striving perseverance ,
And their glorious triumphs.

And In all its seraphic splendour,
The sun had stood;
the test of time.

Watching over its children,
with the celestial might.
To give them peace,
and radiant light.

Don't let the world fool you
With it's white lies
Don't get swayed by their truth either
For Lies are told
through the veil of truth
And Truth might be standing
on the pedestal of lie

What u see is not what u hear
What u hear is not what u feel
It is neither black nor it is white
But it is not grey either at times
Let ur heart talk n ur mind listen
Let ur mind speak and ur heart hear

For a lie is not a lie
Nor a truth is the truth

The silhouette weeps into the oblivion, 

Unheard over the perpetual din;

Shroud of black mist binds it all,

letting it go unheard outside the rim.

Your shy smile enthrals me such
That I can paint a beautiful picture,
Of the eyes that speak thousand words,
Of the laugh that shines brighter than stars,
Of the soul that is genial in all its allure

Yet all the Words of all the languages
Would not be enough to define your truth,
Even Eternity seems like a fleeting moment,
If I were to tell you the truth of how,
Your shy smile enthrals me such

Countless emotions swirl
