On some days
I go quiet.
Not sad,
but quiet.
And I don't understand
that how some thing can be
so comforting
yet so uncomfortable
at the same time.

Refuge

All my life
I have made homes
out of people.

And when it rained
or when there was a storm
or when the dreadfuls came for me,
they would act as haven.

Years have passed
The storm is looming
And I can't find a refuge.
I guess,
I have ran out of places to hide.

So until the squall subsides,
I will stand here
On my own
vowing never to rely
on walls made of clay
and hearts made of wax.
