May be it was very easy for you to forget and move on, But for me it was a very painful. I didn't move on that much easily.
I had to left a part of mine to forget and move on. But even after that I couldn't forget you. I miss you often.
And to avoid missing you..I struggle to keep myself engaged in work. The words that remained unsaid become poetry.
But deep down I know this all will not be same forever. Maybe slowly, but I'll heal completely.
And that day will surely come.

I don't know whether I suffer because you get attached to wrong person or you suffer because I get attached to wrong person.
But whatever the situation is we both suffer, we both shatter together. But I want to sign an agreement with you.
According to which...from now we both shall not fall for anyone. We'll live in harmony with each other. We'll be enough for each other.

मेरे मन की तरह झूमती हैं मेरी पायल।।
मेरी हंसी सी खनकती हैं मेरी चूड़ियां।।

जब मैं नाराज होती हूं,
मेरे गुस्से सी तेज बजती हैं मेरी पायल।।
मेरे मन की छटपाहट बता देती हैं मेरी चूड़ियां।।

जब मैं उदास होती हूं,
एक खामोशी सी ओढ़ लेती हैं मेरी पायल।।
किसी से बात नहीं करती मेरी चूड़ियां।।

जब मैं बहुत अकेली होती हूं,
मेरी सखी होती हैं मेरी पायल।।
मेरी सहेली बन जाती हैं मेरी चूड़ियां।।

जिसके ख्यालों से मेरा दिल रोशन है।
जिसके सोचने से सुकून में जेहन है।
जिसकी तलाश मुद्दतों से है।
कल थी और आज भी है।।

मेरे लफ्ज़ नाकाफी थे
मेरे दिल का हाल तुम्हें बयान करने को।

कभी कभी ख़ामोशी आसान होती है।
लफ्ज़ जख्मों को हरा करते हैं
अगर सामने वाला मलहम नहीं बन सकता
ख़ामोशी बेहतर होती है।
