Gratitude should know no measure
It should touch you when you are holding your cup of coffee and looking at a non-busy day, just beaming at the sunny day, cat purring at your feet and smell of some warm breakfast being made by your loved one.
Gratitude should move you when you are lazing around in your bed with a lazy book and a cosy pillow.
It should soften your soul when you speak to you loved ones around the globe, it should warm your heart when you see the world go by on a sunny Sunday by the beach.
Let gratitude be your guiding light. It would never lead you to darkness. Gratitude will help you find your way. Always.

That mountain of memories
That mountain of emotions
That mountain of dreams
That mountain of relationships
Can blow you down, bit by bit
Can make you feel inconsequential, day after day
Can make you question your purpose and being, moment by moment
It's your mountain, and you need to climb it
If not today, then tomorrow
If not tomorrow, then someday
But remember what would matter on the other side is your intent, spirit and your story. That's yours. Chapter one of your story begins the moment you put that foot on the mountain. Let us climb with all our might.

The moment when you feel such deep gratitude that the ground holding you feels overwhelmed. That.
The moment when you can look back and forward with a sense of calm. That.
When you think of all the people you love in your moment of small or large victories. That.
The little things that make you laugh and help you forget your grief for a little while. That.
The hand that holds you when you are sure you will fall. That.
Not only in big things, it can be found in the neglected corner of your heart. If you can't find, it surely will find you!

For many of us this might be the first Diwali without one of our loved ones. For many of us, it might be difficult to find the same joy in festivities.
So apart from light and happiness, wish everyone hope and courage!
May there be kindness, love and laughter in the air. May this Diwali light up everyone's lives again and may we all find joy in every little things we do. It can only get brighter and joyous from here!

Diwali
As we get closer to saying adieu to the year, let us all light up the moments - beautiful and heartwarming, saddening and heartbreaking...into the river of hope, under the night sky, promising to take care of ourselves in the days unfolding, one at a time.
Let us remember those who are not with us but are in our thoughts always and float the lights in the silent river of abundance. Let us brighten up our lives and others. There is much love, faith and new beginnings in the air. There is Diwali in the air :)

Don't you belittle your story. Don't you undermine others'
May be on a gloomy Wednesday afternoon, when you have 5 minutes to look within, you will be baffled by the courage you have shown
You will be dazzled by your own spirit.
In that moment, my friend, tell yourself that you are creating magic, one day at a time! Because you are.
