It takes nothing to appreciate someone & cherish someone's achivement and in this though times call your dear & loved one's. Be supportive if you are strong coz others might be looking for help but unable to ask for it. Your kind words may heal someone and can help overcome the disturbing thoughts. It's like the leaf which can help the one from drowning.
If you can keep distance with some toxic people then do it. Coz it's important for you to live some more days. It's now a days called social distancing.
