मत कहो किसी से की वो कितना ज़रूरी है तुम्हारे लिए,
मत कहो किसी से कि वो कितना ज़रूरी है तुम्हारे लिए।

जब वो समाज जाते है ख़ुद की तुम्हारी ज़िंदगी में अहेमियत,
तब अकसर वो तुम्हारे दिल से खेल जाया करते है।

ना जाने क्यू ना नफ़रत होती है उस से और ना ही दूर रहा जाता है
उसको ख़बर है वो आज भी असर करता है

तभी तो हर बार जूठे वादे करता है
तभी तो पास आ कर फिर दूर चला जाता है

चंद मीठी बातें कर के मना लेता है
और फिर छोड़ जाता रोने के लिए

उसे ख़बर है कि वो आज भी बहोत मायने रखता है
इस लिए ही तो वो यू हमें बहोत सताता है।
