आज सहज रस्त्याच्या कडेने जात होतो. कुठेतरी भांडण चालू असण्याचा मला भास झाला. जवळ जाऊन बघताना आणि परिस्थिती निरीक्षण करताना वाईट वाटलं.आई बापावर शिव्या घालत होता तो वक्ती. दुरून म्हातारेच दिसलें मला ते आई -बाप. बाहेर कुठंतरी हाकलून देणार असा म्हणत होता तो आपल्या आई बाबांना.त्याची पत्नी पण ओरडायची त्यांवर.घराच्या फाटकी समोरील भिंती वर वकील मोठ्या अक्षरांत लिहून होत. काही दिवसाने मी ऑफिस वरून येताना त्याच आई बापाना सिग्नल वर भीक मागताना बघितलं, डोकं काम करेना. ज्या आई वडिलांनी रक्ताचं हाड होई पर्यंत त्याला शिकवून मोठं केल आज त्याने असे लाजिरवाने कृत्य केलं.मी त्या वक्तीला दररोज विशिष्ट देवाच्या व देवीच्या मंदिराला भेट देताना बघायचो. पण त्याला खरे-खुरे देव कोण ते नाही कळले ही खरी शोकांतिका.
