To believe in the reality, is often a choice.
Treat it like a dream and you live peacefully but in an expectation to witness end of this mind's act.
Dependant on the dreams, is the choice we make,
Choosing to live in a dream if we find comfort, or
Calling the reality a nightmare in pursuit of escapism..

Aankhein mund leta hun.
Iss zamaane se judaa,
Inn baadalon sang chalta hun.
Aaye din sochta hun,
kis kadar wo din aayega,
Mai toh chalunga apni raah par,
Zamaana pichhe aayega!

Chalte chalte, yuhi kabhi ruk jaata hu,
Unke khayalo mein khudko bhool jaata hu.
Dhyaan naa rehta hai sadak pe, naa khudpe,
Unki uss muskaan ki yaad mein do pal jii leta hu..

Yuun ruk gaye hum raaste mein,

In khayalon se haar baith gaye

Socha kya mila iss jeet se,

Jo humare apne begaane hogaye..

"I'll touch the stars!", she exclaimed.
Never did she doubt herself.
The world's opinion never flinched her,
She kept going, achieving great things.
How she left the world in awe,
As they witnessed her climbing the stairs of success.
She believed in herself, worked hard,
She sure touched the stars, never settled for less.

Circumstances have moulded me this way,
made me do things I still regret.
In the dawn of the day, as I fight for sleep,
Hope comes to me by the light of ray..
I wake up, not as myself but as a puppet,
struggling for freedom.
One who has no control over anything,
Waiting to be controlled by his circumstances..

Murjhaaye the hum koi phool se,
Iss baag mein wo aayin hai
Jinki aankhon mein jhaak kar,
Hum mein yeh bahaar si aayi hai..

Aaye din hum baithe rahe unke raah mein,
Wo toh udd chali, bas gayi thi ek paraye ped ke chhaav mein..
