मै कुछ यूं लिखना
चाहता हूं,
की उसे पूरा
ज़माना पढ़े,
लेकिन उसका अर्थ
सिर्फ तुम समझ पाओ...

Happy teacher's day to ourselves for not giving up, for facing all the challenges, for trying even after many failures, for putting up a fight and for learning something or the other from life everyday.
Thanks to those who put us into difficult situations, who backstab, who betray, who cheats , who bully, who use us as per their convenience; you have been a teacher in disguise. You taught us valuable lessons in life.

We think the past is something that defines us. Some ignore it and try to forget, while others fight against it but we must remember, the past cannot be changed and we must continue on with our lives.
Because in the end, our choices of today will affect our future and not the past.

कुछ लोग कहते हैं
कि बदल गया हूँ मैं,
उनको ये नहीं पता
कि संभल गया हूँ मैं...
उदासी आज भी मेरे चेहरे
से झलकती जरूर है,
पर अब दर्द में भी
मुस्कुराना सीख गया हूँ मैं...

बिखेर बैठा हूं कमरे में सब कुछ...
कही एक ख्वाब छुपाके रखा था,
आज वो भी कही गुम हो गया...

कभी जो बिखरने लगो,
तो याद करना हमें...
हम भले ही समेट न पाए,
लेकिन टूट तो साथ सकते है....

दफ़्तर का हल्ला
अब मन को नही भाता...
बचपन की शामों सा
अब इतवार नही आता...

खामोशी में एक सुकून है
जो गुज़रते वक़्त में ठेहरा है...
वक़्त बीत जाए मुर्दे यादों में
तो जख्म और भी गहरा है...
रुकना नहीं, झुकना नहीं
ये जिंदगी कोई मंजिल तो नहीं
ये बस सिलसिलों से भरा है...
कुछ ऐसा सोचता रहा मैं
रात को बिखरते देख...
सफर में हूं अभी भी मैं
बस मौसम थोड़ा कोहरा है...

It's okay to not achieve things right away...
