बढ़ रही है उम्र तो खुराक मुस्कान की भी बढ़ा दीजिये,
छोटा-सा तो दिल है,कृतज्ञता से बड़ा कीजिये.

We have N number of things, waiting for the time..
We claim that we want to... but we are not getting time..
the moment we get ample of free time we find out something to keep ourselves busy.. It is willingness & priority not the time..

जब तुम्हें सीने से लगाती हूं,
यूं लगता है पूरी हो जाती हूं।

हां तुमसे मोहब्बत है,
बस हर बार ये 'तुम' बदल जाता है

एक तलब सी है उसको भागने की,
मुझसे? खुदसे? पता नही किस बात से?
अपने चारों ओर एक घेरा बनाने की,
कुछ देर अंधेरे में डूब जाने की,
मेरी नजरों से छुप जाने की
एक नई सुबह के साथ उभर आने की।
एक चाहत है उसकी,
कुछ दूर जाने की,
कुछ तलाशने की ,
कुछ नया पाने की।
मुझे डर लगता है,
नएपन से, परिवर्तन से,
नई चमक और चाहत से,
क्या करूं,उम्र हो चली है मेरी।

साथ में समान कम हो तो सफर सुगम होता है,
कई बार कुछ न हो तो भी वजन का वहम होता है।

किसी ने  मेरे नाम से धागा नहीं बांधा, पर मुझे बांध दिया था, वह खुद तो आगे बढ़ गया, मैं उस नाम, नेह और रिश्ते से बंधी वहीं खड़ी रही।
स्त्रियाँ ऐसी ही होती है, कोई उन्हें बांध देता है, वो वहीं बंधी रह जाती है अकेले।
