I've tried it all. Trust me when I say this invest in yourself first, make yourself the center of your world, train with yourself, work on your mental well being and agility.
Stop investing in people. Stop investing in relationships coming from people who aren't willing to invest in you.
Because initial step is to commit. Your commitment shows how serious you are about something or someone.
So deny all the other explanations of why things can work without commitment because it's hard for you to let go so your mind is playing tricks on you to save you from a certain heartbreak.
You commit to a goal, only then you can achieve it.
You commit to a person and a relationship only then you can make it work .

Get out of this rut of forming an OPINION about everything around you.
Relax a bit . Not everything concerns you and hampers you , let it exist in its own energy envelope and dimension .
