थम जाने दे

तू एक बार गले से तो लगा मुझे
के अपना सा होने का एहसास कुछ यूं करा मुझे,
थाम दे कुछ वक्त के लिए उस पल को वहीं
के चल उस एहसास में एक दफ़ा दोनों को खो जाने दे,
हमेशा साथ चलना था न हमें?
पर फिर हो गई कुछ गलतियां, कुछ गलतफहमियां अनजाने मे,
अब अगर मुमकिन नहीं है साथ उम्र भर का
तो चल अपनी कुछ यादों मे ही रह जाने दे,
कुछ देर के लिए ही सही
तू बीते वक्त​ मे कुछ यूं खो जाने दे मुझे,
के लग जा गले से
और उस पल को कुछ वक्त के लिए यूंही थम जाने दे।

At home,
Doing nothing,
But scrolling up my phone.
Ya ya..spending time with family too,
But sometimes also using those earphones,
After all,
These days corona is so well known.
So, its better to stay in that zone,
Which is better known as home.

एक जैसे अल्फ़ाज़ कहने वाले तो बहुत मिल जाएंगे तुम्हे,
मगर कुछ एहसास फ़क़त एक ही जगह मिला करते हैं।

And she needed someone to ask her genuinely about her pain, her silence.
She needed someone to whom she could speak her heart out, without receiving advices in return, without judgements, without the fear of trust being broken.
The pain in her heart was getting deeper day by day.
She needed someone to hear that uttering silence in her words, in her eyes.
Someone who could feel that hidden pain she was feeling.
Someone who understands. Someone who'll not be tired to take her out of her own Chaos she was going through.
Someone who could show patience with her.
Someone to whom she could show her weakness behind her strength.
Someone who care.
Someone who could handle her in any situation.
Someone who could read her deep eyes as though sometimes she is too bad with words.

आज़ादी

अंग्रेजों से तो आज़ादी मिल गई हमे,
लेकिन आज़ादी कुछ विचारों की भी तो चाहिए,
आज भी बहुत जगह बेटियों को
सिर्फ और सिर्फ घर का काम करने की मशीन माना जाता है
उन्हें भी तो दो पल सुकुन की आज़ादी चाहिए,
आज भी अगर कोई लड़का गलती से सबके सामने रो दे
तो लोग हंसकर कहते हैं-
अरे! चुप होजा, लड़का हो कर भी रो रहा है,
मै पूछती हूं लड़का है तो क्या??
इंसान ही है ना?
उसकी आंखों को भी तो कभी कभी रो देने की आज़ादी चाहिए,
आज वक्त ऐसा आ गया है कि-
मां-बाप, गलती होने पर भी अपने बच्चों को डांट नही सकते,
क्योंकि बच्चे छोटी छोटी बातों पर मरने की धमकी देते हैं ना,
उन मां-बाप को भी तो अपना ये हक जताने की आज़ादी होनी चाहिए,
लड़कियां आज भी बाहर बेखौफ नहीं घूम सकती,
क्योंकि कुछ आवारा लड़कों का डर होता है ना
उन्हे भी तो बेखौफ जीने की आज़ादी चाहिए,
बहुत खुश हूं मै
के हमे अंग्रेजों से आज़ादी मिल गई,
लेकिन आज़ादी कुछ विचारों की भी तो चाहिए।

A Man In The Park

Today I saw a man in the park,
Lost in his own world,
I feel like observing him,
His eyes were deep,
As if, they were speaking silently,
I guess they wanted to weep,
But holding back the tears valiantly,
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention,
His personality was very unique,
But may be he was going through something​ disturbing,
And still handling the situation confidently,
But i think inside he was too weak,
Oh, then he stand up suddenly,
Maybe he remembered something,
And started running like a freak,
I came back home thinking about him,
I don't know what he was up to,
But his eyes were hiding many secrets,
They were very deep.

तुम्हारे​ पास हुनर नही था पढ़ने का
वरना आंखें तो बहुत कुछ बयां कर जाती हैं।

मुझे सुकुन से यहां,
मै खुशी-खुशी जीना चाहती हूं
मै नारी हूं
दो घरों को रोशन करना जानती हूं,
सपने कुछ मेरे भी हैं
उन्हें पूरा भी करना चाहती हूं,
अगर ठोकर खाकर गिर गई राह मे
तो फिर से हिम्मत कर चलना चाहती हूं,
अंतरिक्ष तक भी पहुंच चुकी हूं मै कल्पना चावला बन कर
आने वाले वक्त मे और भी आगे बढ़ना चाहती हूं,
देश भी संभाला है मैने प्रतिभा पाटिल बन कर
अपने देश काल एसे ही गर्व बनना चाहती हूं,
मै नारी हूं
मुझे रहने दो सुकुन से यहां
मै खुशी-खुशी जीना चाहती हूं।
