The pain is useful.

Don’t avoid the pain. Don’t avoid the fear. Don’t avoid the uncertainty.

Choose to face these things head-on by loving yourself through them. This is how impossible hardships become momentary roadblocks— love transforms them from something that hurts you to something that serves you.

When you decide to love yourself through every negative experience life throws at you, the negative becomes useful. It teaches you that you can do hard things. It allows you to step into your power. And it shows you that anything is possible through love.

This is what it truly means to live with resilience.

Nothing is permanent in life, neither happiness nor sorrow nor job nor relationship, everything has to be released at a fixed time, but when there is some relaxation in the process of giving up, rather it becomes more, sadness, indifference, Boredom, suffocation, pain and not knowing what else?
In the process of leaving, even the green leaf turns yellow, then we are human beings! And our feelings are someone's laboratory on which people do their experiments!
