रेत ने समुद्र से एक रोज़ पूछा-

तुम मीलों दूर बह कर भी
वापस मेरे पास ही क्यूँ आते हो?

समुद्र ने मुस्कुरा के बोला -

मैं पूरे जग को शीतल करता हूँ
और तुम मुझे!!

Go with the flow but like a river..

just like for her to meet an ocean..
for us a life which is full of abundance of everything.

चाँद पूरा है आज फ़लक पे,
आसमाँ ज़रा बेमिसाल हो गया!
ना जाने कितने लोगों का दिल आया है उसपे,
वो भी शर्माया सा, कुछ लाल हो गया!!

उलझे रहते हैं हम मुश्किलों को सुलझाने में
बस कुछ आसान सी चीज़ें समझ नही पाते

ना जाने ये दिल क्या चाहता है
कभी सुबह तो कभी ख़ूबसूरत शाम चाहता है
आरज़ू है जीत जाने की
पर ना ही खेल खेलना चाहता है

You can get numerous things in life.
But still your heart aches for that “one” thing which is not there.
This is the time you know, what you are all about!

I am awake...
In the middle of the darkest night
Feeling nothing
& thinking about everything
Trying harder & harder
To sleep even more darker
Losing it all together
Which I want to bind one more time.

रात के अंधेरे से दोस्ती कुछ गहरी सी है अब
ना मुझे उससे रोशनी की दरकार है
ना ही उसे मुझसे अपना हाल छुपाना पड़ रहा है

-

वो बोलने के बहाने ढूंढ़ते रहे
और बोलने की वजहें सब रूठती सी चली गयी

-

वो तो ख़ामोशी थी जो बयान कर गयी सब
लफ़्ज़ होते.. तो मुकर गए होते!
