Sixteen thousand feet above the ground
Where a gargantuan dark cloud was being formed
A double edged season for the earthlings.

For some houses it would shower prosperity
For some will be too weak to bare the floodings

While some parents will be euphoric to receive their new born,
There will be even those thwarted by the rains, mourning

While there will be those devout couples rejuvenating their love,
Some will be left with just the memories of last monsoons, vehemently bewailing

It will leave some farmers with surplus yield,
But it will also wash away all crops, leaving some despairing

Love born

No matter how dreadful the day got
Whenever I use to talk to her all the pain was gone,
it was the beginning of a love born.

Our talks got deeper our friendship got deeper.
But then came a storm as people started a furtive talk which day by day just got cheaper.

The rumours reached her ears one day
And she would stop talking forever.
This scared my heart like stones carved by the raging sea.
And this was not temporary it was so deep that it will forever be.

When everything was just sad and dismal,
When rising up again was not easy
As the heart was broken and the wounds were abysmal.
I saw this little boy, learning to ride,
He would fall a numerous times,
But everytime he got up and smiled.
That's when I told myself,
If he can, I can.

When I was reluctant to work because of the intense heat,
I saw a farmer, working tirelessly,
For he had a responsibility to complete.
That's when I told myself,
If he can, I can.

When I used to complain about my food everytime,
I saw a homeless man,
Thanking for the food he got, and singing prayers that rhyme,
That's when I told myself,
If he can, I can.

We all have this pain,
Deep inside our hearts
Anchored by our souls,
As if secured by black arts

This pain remains unspoken to the world
Shadowed in the dark corners
A story that is furled
This pain thrives in the darkness
It craves to be rescued by the sunshine
Yearning to fall as tears

So it's okay to let them pour,
For you have been holding it for long now
A truth you cannot ignore

It's okay to cry out the pain in you,
To free your self from the chains you carried through

I had a dream,
That one day we would be together
Holding hands we would watch the sun set
In that beautiful weather
And when it was night,
We would be sitting under the starlight
While she rests her head on my shoulder,
I would recite poems for her
That would unveil just how much I loved her.

I knew this dream was fragile like a mirror,
For now that I have heard,
You have found the one you were looking for,
This dream is broken with countless pieces on the floor.

If you wonder why some people are more successful than you despite of having the same resources.
You see,
While you are still stuck into yesterday, they have moved beyond what is tomorrow.

Never mind,
I'll walk alone.

Feels like yesterday,
I still remember the day..
The day we met,
Back then you came as a stranger..
And who knew, you would end up being everything to me.

The world is just a blame
When in actual its just
You vs You

Stars participating in their little constellation drama, galaxies show their spiral art, oh and there comes the spot light, our moon.
Planets, clusters, nebulae sparkle the sky with fireworks.
Our universe orchestrates the splendid night show.
