And Life Goes On

The sun still rises… even after storms,
Broken hearts heal… they find new forms.
Every ending whispers… of a dawn,
And life goes on… oh life goes on.

And life goes on… through the fire and rain,
Through joy and loss… through laughter and pain.
Every tear will fade… into a song,
And life goes on… yes, life goes on.

The road is winding… shadows come and go,
But hope keeps shining… like an ember’s glow.
Even when the night… feels far too long,
And life goes on… oh life goes on.

We carry scars… but we still stand tall,
We’ve lost so much… yet we’ve gained it all.
The heart keeps beating… steady and strong—
And life goes on… oh life goes on.

One step forward…one breath drawn..
No matter what..life goes on....❣️

I Forgive and I Rise

I forgive the ones who broke my skin,
But never let the darkness win.
Their cruelest cuts, their deepest lies,
Could never dim the fire in my eyes.

I forgive the voices sharp as steel,
That tried to tell me how to feel.
Their power fades, their hold is gone—
My spirit stands, unbroken, strong.

I forgive the ones who turned away,
Who couldn’t walk even half the way.
Their absence carved a clearer view:
The strength I sought was always true.

Forgiveness is not theirs to claim,
It’s fuel that feeds my inner flame.
The scars they left, I wear with pride—
Proof of the battles I survived.

“It is high time we learn coexistence” isn’t just a slogan, it’s the only sustainable way forward for human–animal relations in India.

Whether it’s street dogs, snakes, monkeys, or even the pigeons that seem to have a GPS lock on our balconies, our cities and villages are shared spaces. History shows that trying to “remove” or “eradicate” wildlife rarely works — it simply shifts the problem elsewhere and often creates new ones. Coexistence means accepting that other species have a right to live too, and managing our shared environment in a way that minimizes conflict:
For street dogs: mass sterilization, vaccination, and proper waste management, not mass relocation.
For snakes: better rural lighting, footwear awareness, and quick access to antivenom.
For humans: education, empathy, and the humility to see ourselves as part of an ecosystem, not its sole owner.

True safety doesn’t come from empty streets or cleared forests — it comes from balance, prevention, and respect.

The Raven that Flies

Over the spine of the sleeping hills,
where morning fog drips from pine-needle frills,
a raven lifts—ink on the pale dawn’s page,
its wings a script both wild and sage.

It rides the hush where the cold winds weave,
past ruins that dream and fields that grieve.
Its shadow brushes the river’s skin,
as though to stir the dark within.

Not bound by root, nor tethered by stone,
it carries the sky as its very own.
A silent oracle in obsidian guise—
the world is smaller to the raven that flies.

I wander through life not in search of applause, but in search of what is real—truth that does not change with seasons or sway with opinions. To me, truth is a quiet revelation, a soft unfolding of the heart’s deepest knowing, like sunlight spilling gently over a sleeping landscape. And peace—peace is not the stillness after the storm, but the steady flame I carry through it, unshaken by winds, unafraid of the dark. I do not crave the fleeting comfort of being understood by all; I crave the eternal comfort of understanding myself. For when truth anchors my spirit and peace wraps around my soul, I am whole, I am free, and I am home within myself.

The Little Pine Cone
High on a branch, in a green, green tree,
Lived a little pine cone, happy and free.
He watched the birds, and the fluffy white clouds,
And listened to whispers from the chattering crowds.

The wind would swing him, gentle and low,
He'd feel the sunshine, and watch the snow.
He clung on tight, through rain and frost,
Never once feeling lonely or lost.

Then one fine day, the sun shone so bright,
He felt himself open, with all of his might.
His scales unfurled, a beautiful spread,
Ready for seeds to fly from his bed.

Down to the ground, with a soft little plop,
He rolled from his tree, from the very treetop.
Now new little trees might grow from his kind,
A tiny new forest, for all to find!

What if the purpose was...to find you..
What if every nook and corner existed..just to nudge me towards u..
What if the wind carried melancholy only to be soothed by u...
What if stars kept shining to show me the path till you...

What if tears were just the tiny eruption of my heart..when I couldn't reach u??
What if the universe conspired this grand galaxy...just so u nd me cud exist??
What if the moon orbits the earth only to make me count the days and nights it took to find u...
What if the sun shines brightly and illuminates darkness...so I could see u??

What if U r the God my soul seeks??
What if you are the horizon where my happiness and sadness meets..

I would weave every possibility into the fibre of our being..
And bcz I know u exist...I know now every possibility does too....💞💕

Sometimes u pick urself..after you've lost..
For the things that matter, must come at a cost..

Sometimes you hold tight, etching every detail in ur memory..
But as time slips..all memories lay frost..

Sometimes u r all done and dusted for better..
Still ahead lay a road..with no destiny or a host..

Will u pick up again or lie there forever..??
Your mind says u must..but heart knows the most..🧡🔥
