They got down from the bike.
He took her backpack,
while carrying his own.
He held her hand
and guided her safely across the road.

No, she wasn’t a little girl.
Yes, he was a grown man in love-
a man who cherished her,
a man whose eyes whispered,
“Don’t ever worry.
I’ll walk ahead of every storm,
I’ll carry the weight
so you can walk freely.”

I wish their love stays untouched-
by time, by age, by society.

You are my sitaar.
When you look at me,
When you smile and breathe,
I hear the notes.

You find yourself surrounded
By souls who truly love you-
Souls ready to forgive,
And humble enough to ask forgiveness.
Souls who live for you,
And for whom you live;
Souls who rejoice in your joy,
And find meaning in your existence.
Their smiles illuminate the world,
Their presence lights your way.
They believe not in me but in we-
A bond eternal, unshaken, divine.

Without a word, without a clue,
To a place overflowing with love,
To a place illuminated by your smile,
To a place where tears are banned,
Where arguments are silenced,
Where love cannot be defined,
Yet emotions remain pure and refined.
Take me to that world-
Where love is worshipped,
And love itself is the truth justified.

Oh, how He smirks with divine delight,
Testing our patience, our devotion' might.
Oh, how He smiles blissfully
Rejoicing in the echoes of His name's melody.
Oh how He longs to be recognized,
By every heart where He resides.
But,yes, He knows, and so it shall be,
Only the selfless, the humble
Can feel and see him truly.

I feel so proud to be an Indian.
Yes, I say this with conviction today—
for today, I was reminded once again
of the struggles of my nation,
and the glorious success story of my nation.
It was told by our chief guest,
who has served forty years as an army officer.
It was brought to life by our students—
through their melodious patriotic songs,
their heartfelt dance performances,
and their moving enactments-
many of us had tears in our eyes.
I felt blessed to witness
the 79th Independence Day,
blessed to see the students
who will one day be the pride of the nation,
blessed to feel the patriotic spirit
that runs through the veins of every student.

You are the ache within my heart,
A heart that weeps in sorrow,
Sorrow born of our separation,
A separation without reason,
A reason erased from my life,
A life that will fade with your DEPARTURE.

Whether you read my words or not,
I will go one reading your eyes.
Whether you meet me or not,
keep visiting my dreams.
And if I drift into an endless slumber,
