My favourite floral dress I wore today
the dress that my mom brought,
But mom they found it so attractive that they came to snatch it.

Trust me mom I tried to fight,
Believe me dad that moment I thought you were right.
As you always told me not to go outside even during the daylight.

Dad, I just wanted to feel the warmth of the sun and even the sky looked so beautiful.
But the bright blue sky didn't made me realise that there were demons waiting outside..

Tonight the stars above are making me feel homesick because your arms around me always make me feel like home.
Yes I miss you everyday but I miss you more when every occasion comes, everything feels little imperfect without you here with me.

Don't worry about the phrase all men are same I know you all aren't.
And I also know there are times when even you feel weak and sad but it's alright you can always show your emotions, you don't always have to be that hunk who hides the pain, you don't always have to take all the burden on yourself sometimes it's okay to take the burden off and take rest or show what you actually feel.

To all the men out there tired of the phrase "All men are same" but I totally disagree with the line above because I grew up seeing how much my father loves my mother. I've always wanted someone like my father and yes I did found someone who is just like my dad. He takes care of me, checks to see if I'm okay during my monthly, someone who made me believe true love still exists..
