As I boarded the bus, the bus was fully packed,
I needed a window seat, so I asked him to shift back.
Life was confusing, my thoughts unclear,
No idea what's next, or what's here.
Now sitting beside a stranger for the next six hours long,
How will I survive without my earphones and favourite song.
I was looking outside the window with my overthinking thoughts,
After a few minutes of silence he asked me where my journey brought.
Initially I didn't show him more interest
I thought to make the distance at best.
As hours passed by, our conversations started,
From hobbies to dreams and our passions that were truly imparted.
At that moment I realised why people call me an extrovert,
Maybe it's because I am outgoing and a social expert.
I am thankful to him for making my journey so bright,
His conversation kept me engaged, and made the travel feel just right.
At last I would say we had a great time,
And my extroverted spirit will always shine.

She's sitting quietly in her workspace
In a sea of tasks, she searches for space
Her face shows a hint of sorrow
But a smile that hides a hollow

Her eyes sweep across the room
But she finds none with whom she can bloom
Her emotions change like the wind
One moment calm, the next moment whirlwind

People ask about her health with a caring face
But none hear the whispers in her mental space
She says she's fine with a forced smile
Masking the tears she cried for a while

Her colleagues rush, day and night
Chasing promotions, and money's light
But she's tired of the endless race
And the emptiness that takes its place

She craves a simpler life
Free from stress and constant strife
She longs for peaceful nights
And mornings filled with delight

She needs no promotion, needs no money
All she needed was the inner harmony.

A girl is sitting all alone;
lost in the world of her own,
With her teary eyes, she softly moans
Ohh God, why have I grown?
She's in pain, she wishes to go home.
The reason was her imbalanced menstrual hormones.
The days before she bled,
She has some random thoughts in her head;
She wants to have chocolates on her bed;
She is not able to understand, whether she's angry or sad;
She's feeling bloated and having tender breasts;
She's rather moody and quite depressed.
A woman in a period goes through lots of problems;
While some people think these are all their tantrums.
From mood swings in PMS to cramps and irritations;
A woman has to deal with all these situations.

But she tries to overcome it by applying various strategies.
She is a sociable person who makes friends very easily.
She is very much affectionate toward her loved ones and family.
