I don't know since when, but joy always looks like paper thin ice on the surface of a winter lake pretending to be rock solid, waiting for you to step on it.

Dear diary, every day I am going to note down five things that I feel stand true for me.
1. Cold showers after a good work out feel like a rebirth.
2. Including raw food and greens in your diet is one way to regrow the umbilical cord that connects you to your mother earth.
3. Take a bet on yourself. It is the only cure to regret.
4. Mint leaves are proof that the universe holds magic within itself.
5. Thinking about breath can give you a moment where you can make space to save yourself.
