B- then wait for him to change, without bugging him again and again. Without expecting things to be as they were before. Give him his time. (With patience)

And if you cant, then bring someone in your life, for whom you dont have to wait patiently to change. They, who are ready for you already.( without patience)

The ball's in your court now.
But dont mix both options and get stuck in past (without patience being with him)
That's just turbulence and will create no exit.
Both options require you focusing just on yourself with doing nothing. Let universe arrange things on its own way, so that you dont have to even choose between these two options.
