Cries in darkness and smiling in light,
She's going through the mind and heart fight,
Pretending to be okay and it seems alright,
She needs is to be hugged, that too very tight,
All these goes on till the sun shines bright,
Imagining of the thing she could have done right,
And again..
she listens to herself in the night.

मैं सो भी जाऊँ, मुझमें जगता है इश्क़,
करवटें बदलते ही ख्वाब बदलता है इश्क़,
तमाम कोशिशें की, कि ठहर जाए इक मुकाम पर आकर,
मग़र ये भी कमबख्त है जनाब, कहां किसी की सुनता है इश्क़|
