I see myself in a bigger room
where my real thoughts feel no gloom
World seems different as I look through my new window
I'm no longer in a race with people,
to wonder if I'm slow
Not pretending to be nice,
rather being myself and wise
Living an ordinary life of my dreams,
with less people and more life
At my own pace I end and begin,
building my room outside the box
i've been trying to fit in

I'm the smell of wildflower
not confined to your garden,
Not among the obvious beauties
curves of my petals are hidden,
As delicate as snowflake
yet strong before wind shake,
I wait for scent of first rain to mix with mine
I blossom for your love and a little sunshine,
Come look for me in field and lake
those beauty norms, my authenticity will break
I'll kiss you like summer and spring
Caress your skin, you'll hear me sing
I'm just a flower but I'm worth finding

Every single day sun would touch my skin
not enough to take away the cold within,
Every single night darkness would take over the sin
not enough to free me from the trap I was in,
Waking up tired, running towards the edge
inch by inch i drained myself with this routine,
No one noticed even when my shields were thin
end of the day that was my only win,
Years later I look at my younger self and ask

wondering if you feel the same breeze,
I always imagined you to be like me
wrecked, wierd and easy to please
But what's the fun in being alike
when i can embrace our differences with ease,
I never saw you, I never touched you, I never felt your core
I don't know if you're miles apart or the guy next door,
my nights are so quiet that i can hear your scream
The more I think about you, the more I dream
My cheeks crave for warmth of your hand
It's only my skin where your every kiss should land,
long way to go from not knowing your name
to feel your every breath on my face without shame,
One day this wait will be over
It doesn't matter how imperfect we are
We'll still be enough for each other...

and waking up with swollen eyes
Life was shed into million parts
but she still didn't have her voice
All the ugly truth life had shown
trust was wrecked and walls were built
face of her pain was not unknown
Now I see that girl strong and grown
she decides her smile and mourn
because even today she's all alone...
