कभी कभी बोहोत गुस्सा आता है किसी पे ,
पर उससे ज्यादा गुस्सा खुद पे आता है ,
सोचता हूँ काश मैं भी उन जैसा होता ,
महसूस करा पता उनको वो सब जो मैं महसूस करता हूँ इस घुटन में ,
इस हर पल के नाटक को ख़तम कर पता ,
जो किस तरह धीरे धीरे मुझे खोकला कर रहा है , काश कह पता बस बोहोत हुआ ,
काश मैं कह पता खुद को अब और नहीं ,
अब और नहीं ।

एक समय के बाद आपके व्यक्तित्व में बदलाव आने लगता है , आपको पता ही नहीं चलता कब आपके शब्दों में एक कटाक्ष का सवर , आपकी भावनाओ में एक कड़वापन घुल जाता है ,

आपके अंदर का गुस्सा मानो कहना चाहता हो इस कैद से मुझे निकालो और कह लेने दो वो सब जो मुझे मार रहा है , मैं जीना चाहता हूँ अपने एहसासों को खुलकर , मैं मिलना चाहता अपने लम्हों से बिना किसी रोक के ,

मैं क्यों किसी के आगे झुकता हूँ सिर्फ इसलिए की उसने कुछ मेरा सम्भाला हुआ है , और मैं क्यों खुद को हर पल रोकता हूँ ये कहने से की बस अब बोहोत हुआ , इस सफर का अंत ज़रूरी है ,

समय का आभाव इधर भी है उधर भी है फिर क्यों वक़्त मैं ही सम्भालूं वो नहीं , क्यों मैं ही हर बार कोशिश करूँ वो नहीं , क्यों मैं ही कहूं चलो भूल जाते हैं कल की बात को , इन जज़्बातों का निकलना ज़रुरी, इस कहानी का आरम्भ जैसा भी हो पर अब इस रात के सवेरे का आना ज़रूरी है ।

Broken State

Between the cry of the crowd and screams that were getting loud,
There was no outsider, they were neither one of us,
But in the name of one among us, they killed many who were like us,
The chants of, 'rape her, torture her', were loud,
Yes, I was scared, not just for me, but for my state that was now broken,
Houses were burnt, and people were killed, they said it was for justice,
Justice, I smile, I feel puzzled, I mean is it, really,
In this question of nationalists against infiltrators, who is right and who is wrong, I don't know,
But as the blood flows through the streets, they smile,
They smile looking into our eyes, as we stand helpless, wishing for the nightmare to end,
Politicians, all come and go, commending the death of our torched houses and scorched dreams,
And amidst all that, here stood I, witnessing the fall of every life, one more time.

Without saying a word he closed his eyes,
Pain was visible on his face, he wanted to scream n cry,
But for one last time he stood up again,
In one moment he realised it's his battle not of the crowd,
With his fist tighten up again, he was ready for another shot of life,
Another punch, he was on his knees, blooded nose and he knew it's his end,
But before his last good bye he told himself with smile,
"Warriors never leave the battlefield with teary eyes so boy smile for life."

कोई हर पल याद दिलाता है मुझे की मेरा उससे अब रिश्ता बाकी नहीं ,
मैं भूल जाता हूँ उसकी हर बात को बस एक अधूरे एहसास को ज़िंदा रखने के लिए ।

की तुझसे मिलके मैं खुद से मिला ,
जाऊँ जहाँ भी, मैं तुझसे यूँ जुड़ा ,
की रहे मुझमे तू सदा ,
मेरी खामोशियों को मिली है आवाज़ ,
बेज़ुबान सा मैं कुछ कहने लगा ,
तू ना जा मुझसे यूँ दूर अब ,
की मेरा साया भी मुझसे छूटने लगा ,
कभी किसी मोड़ पे तू रुक जा ज़रा ,
की मेरे क़दमों को मिल जाये तेरे निशान ।
