Someone who would be my shield,
So I wouldn’t have to live in fear.
Someone who would bring happiness and laughter,
Enough to make me forget the pain.
Someone who would be proud of me—always,
Not just when I achieve something.
Someone who would comfort me,
Instead of making me feel guilty.
I so badly wish I had a dad—
Today, more than ever.-
Someone who would accept and forgive my mistakes,
Instead of using them to tear me down.
Someone who would show me the beauty in life,
Not just warn me about how much worse it could get.
Someone who would listen to my traumas,
Instead of drowning me in their own.
Someone who would own up to their mistakes,
Instead of blaming me for things I never did.
Someone who would see me as my own person,
Not judge me for someone else’s faults.-
I wish I had a dad—
Today, more than ever.
Someone who would sit with me,
Understand what’s going on around and within me,
And assure me that there’s more to life—
More than just pain, more than just fear.
Someone who would support my choices,
Not ridicule or villainize me for making them.
Someone who would love me unconditionally,
So I wouldn’t have to search for love in strangers.-
Be Grateful For What You Have!
But You Don't Have To Settle For It..
You Can Always Crave and Work For Getting A Bit More.-
To all those who are going through hard phase!
It's not a pattern. You should not have been going through this. It's not fair that you are going through this.
It's not something that you deserve. It's not something you go through every day. So it's okay if you feel overwhelmed.
But remember this phase is not meaningless. Remember that everything happens for a reason.
And yeah this phase is not your life but just a chapter in the book of your life.-
How to overcome them? Well you're the best and the only person to know the answer to that question. You'll know the "How to overcome" only when you decide To Overcome and be clear enough on "Why to overcome". All the best ❤️.
-
You know that you were strong enough to not have faced them at all. You know you are strong enough to overcome them. Well if you don't believe, here I am to reassure you that you're not supposed to face them. Never give up. You might just be there where you break these shackles and be that strong and beautiful person you were.
-
Your inferiority complex, your low self-esteem, your self doubt, your depression and your negativity has overpowered you enough. It has consumed your time, stolen your success, affected both your mental and physical health and took away much of your happiness. You know that.
-
It doesn't matter what you feel. What does matter is how strong you make a comeback.
Literally there's a whole world with billions of people waiting to witness your brilliance, your talents, your success and most importantly your story. Don't make them wait for a long time.
And yeah remember the mountain which seems so huge now, is not a big deal for you to overcome.-
IT'S OKAY!
It's okay to feel vulnerable.
It's okay to feel shitty about yourself.
It's okay to feel weak, unsure, pathetic, helpless, pessimistic and not confident about yourself.
In tough phases, we all do feel so very wrong about ourselves.
Even the tiniest weakness and setback may seem like a mountain to climb.
But the fact is IT'S OKAY.-
