I mean we're humans after all, are we not? Our stories aren't written out in stars; we write our own stories each and everyday, and we hope and pray everyday that what we're writing down is good enough. So I choose to write a story that makes me happy. I don't want the bedroom of a perfect life or perfect love. I want messy. I want disastrous. I want, " Holy shit, where did you came from?" I want a love that like 2am drinking at a park together in a disastrous neighborhood ; I want to know that we can fall apart and become devastated over each other, but won't do that because we cherish and each other's heart. I don't want a fairytale ending ; I want something undeniably real.

That's the thing about a smile
You can be the sun
For someone
Who can't see
Through the clouds.-
If they make you
feel like they
are doing you
a favour by staying
Run.
-
Life knocks you out
To make you realise that
You are stronger than
That blow.-
If you believe
Your surrender
To be love
Then you need
To think again.-
Humans are such strange things, but I still believe that we are kind. We are the best and the worst things. We are the child riddled with fear and the monster under the bed. We are the "I'll see you soon" kiss and the "I hope you die" goodbye. Yet, I still believe that we are inherently kind, that we are more than just the triggers we pull. We must forgive those who act out in pain, as we all suffered; we have all pulled triggers of our own. In a world like this, a soft heart is someone who fires the least, someone who chooses to remain pure, someone who selects kindness when given every reason not to. I'm attracted to that: I'm attracted to kindness.

I shut my eyes
And tried to believe
That the world is new
With every Dawn.-
I'm still learning
How to be easier on myself,
How to remember more often
That I am only human.-
Of all the
People I've hurt,
I've hurt myself
The most;
I owe myself
An apology.-
