I’ve been feeling anxious, angry, frustrated and sad without any reason. There are times when I feel like crying without knowing why. I have confrontations with my mother over small things but feel bad about them later. Sometimes I feel like being alone, but I don’t get the space. My family has a lot of expectations from me, but I feel useless and scared. I want to run away.
Please help.....

ज़िन्दगी जीने के लिए हर रास्ता अपनाना पड़ता है..
शरीफ लोगों को जीने कहा देते हैं,
