In my heart,
In my thoughts,
In my words.

I feel confused,
I feel different.
I want to smile,
I want to laugh.

Hey, wait, my smile enlarged,
A notification popped,
"She sent you a message"
Says, the phone buzz.

What led us apart?

"You kept reading the words, and I started to write you in pauses."

the soily mist,
filled with cold,
which turns noses red,
raining over us.

We exchange breaths,
share heartbeats over the phone,
silence, feels like home.

I loved you like
the words of my poetry,
cherishing, admiring
and breathing you,
in every single stanza,
and blushing
within the pauses.
