I always arrive from my home at work place with some expectations some faith in myself and return home with lots of experience I never do my work by looking at watch i always hear the tone of my heart which says yes boss you have given your 100% after that also if some negative feedback comes I take as challenge and deliver my best and work on it and try to improve that part that's reason I never care of people what they say I hear of my heart who says yes you have done your best .
