What is sufficient?

When without any second thought, you can take break for days, weeks, or months. Sometimes it’s just that stay calm, worry less, don’t think, or just do nothing and enjoy that time. Sometimes you can give priority to do nothing. Need a lot courage to take break from our day to day life. just to be free, to enjoy,
That Is Sufficient.

हमें खामोशी बहुत पसंद है, क्योंकि ना बॉलकर भी बहुत कुछ कहने वाली बात होती है,
पर ये concept मैं थोड़ा झॉल है, मतलब हमें उस खामोशी मैं इतना assume करना पड़ता हैं, पर कभी कभी वह क्या कहना चाहते है समज नहीं आता॥

इसकी आदत भी आदमी सी है,
मन से बिल्कुल उल्टा चलता हैं,
जब चाहो की ठहर जाए तो भाग जाता हैं,
जब चाहो की भाग जाए तो बड़ी तसल्ली से ठहर जाता हैं।
