At the bottom of a mountain, many people can stand and begin to climb but only one person can occupy the space at the top. The path is not so simple that everyone can reach out there, but the one who makes continuous effort to clear the hurdles, who moves on with confidence, who creates his own way, who accepts the challanges and overcomes them with intelligence can definitely fix his place at the top.
