परछाई ~
कभी यादों में कभी खुशी में कोई और चले न चले परछाई जरूर साथ चलती है।
बिना रुके चलने से दिखती नहीं उजालों में "अहम" की तरह, मगर अन्ध्यारो में थोडी रोशनी आने पर दुख में थोड़ा रुक कर जब पीछे मुड़ते हैं फिर वही दीखती है - परछाई
जब कोई साथ चलता है, जब दोस्त मिलता परछाई भी साथ हो लेती है।
सुख में और दुख में ये अक्सर साथ चलती है।
जब वज़ूद मिट जाएगा तो परछाई भी साथ छोड़ देगी।
तो जब तक तू है और मैं हूँ ये अक्सर साथ चलेगी..परछाई है साथ तो चलेंगी ही।

Deeper thought is we are not our emotions, getting caught in negative emotions and identifying with them creates more pain and sorrow in the moment. Let go of emotions that hold us back , that pull us down is the key. Be a witness to the play of emotions, sometime we are successful and sometimes we are not.
Its good a reminder that we are not our emotions and so just Let it go!
