One broken morning, we woke up to Pahalgam attack
Turning the tourism spot to dark

Which is once known for it’s serene beauty
Is now a pool of blood alarming the officers on duty

As the tourists and families bid farewell to the dear ones
Our heroes plotted to slay the terrorists in dozens

As we see the families grieving in pain
The Indian Army left the so called ‘fighters’ insane

This bright morning, the rhythm ‘OPERATION SINDHOOR’ played on every tongue
The phrases ‘Jai Jawan’ and ‘Jai Hind’ roared as every lip sung

How fitting is the name of the operation
Paying tribute to the victims of the nation

This is just a direct response to the brutal act
Eliminating the terrorist infra with an intense impact!!

Past week, rain confessed so very much to the people in Hyderabad
Causing every soul to wonder if she can ever scatter this bad

Heavy rain and sound sleep had always been a romantic feel
Tucking ourselves under the blankets after a happy meal

Her rhythm being so soothing, her fragrance being so addictive
But this time, she changed everybody’s perspective

Like she indulged in huge pain, or may be roaring with happiness
Either can be a sign of anger or could be an instinct of crankiness

News channels reported her for being so cruel
Coz for quite a few, condition had been fatal

Memes came up as sky poured out
Social platform flooded too, whilst the situation blew out

Sun was our most awaited guest
But maybe, he needed some rest

Can you ever imagine her being so harmful?
It’s all just the nature’s way of adding sparkle!!

Everyone rushed off to their work places then

Sun rise had been your prime reason to wake up,
Chasing yourself every minute to speed up

Thoughts in washroom were the plans for rest of the day,
Preparing the mind for an active play

You curse the time for ticking so fast,
Managing yourself to blend with it at last

And you step out leaving the coffee cup behind,
Praying the lord to have your day well defined

Traffic used to be so packed like elements in the periodic table,
Waiting for their turn, wheels stand there stable

When do we get to see that morning
When day and night, so busily, keeps crawling?

The winter crawls into our bedroom like
The snow does a soundless bite

So cold had been the treat of weather
Pulling all the limbs together

Under the blanket hides the skin
Of the cold, dances the chin

The palms rub and the teeth fight
The fingers hold each other tight

The soft toys get to grab some extra love
As the winter smell gets to shove

The socks and gloves run active
The sweaters and hoodies look attractive

Let the winter wave dive into our room
Spreading an unimaginary fragrance to bloom

He wakes up when the sun rises
But never lets himself free though the sun sets

He has a soul that craves for rain
He has a heart that cares for grain

He cultivates his happiness; harvests the nation
And irrigates his hope of life; with no irritation

For a normal soul when rain is just a romantic feel
For them, it's a reason to digest a happy meal

We curse the same rain when it cancels our plan
But farmers beg for the same as his land is turning into a heat pan

Having soiled hands and purest heart
He rushes to the feild with his cart

He floods his eye when there is drought
He droughts his hope that can't be bought

Without rain, his fields are dark
Do we really need water park?

Testing his patience, rain, with love, whispered to him one day
That all your sorrows will shatter in a slay

With least idea that too much of it wouldn't help him
He wished rain that could survive his crop but not a rain that he can swim

With heavy rains, their fields are now flooded
But at times, can't help when rains are cold blooded

He hardly smiles through corner of his lips
And we waste their hard work through finger tips

His hard work can never be paid
His pain has never had an aid!

I realize how happy am now than earlier
How I wish my days fly more faster

Trust me, I don't just see myself
I can see you holding me like an elf

I can see the zing on my face
It's just coz of the way you embrace

Coz I knew am in verge of paradise
My life just surprised me like six in a rolled dice

Every day and night I count down the days
Just to make sure I cross soon this phase

Honestly, these phone calls are never less to express
But yeah, I'm gonna admit that I need you more than excess

The way you are; inflames every bit of me
Can't just calm down like tides in a sea

And today we're carrying memories of everything we've built up 💓
Gathering imprints of all those moments we could ever ask for 🤗
And today we miss eachother when one after another is leaving 😕
Never knowing whose turn gonna be next 🤔

Best were those days where we stood for each other through thick and thin🤩
How I wish all my favorite people stay around me all the time 😇
To laugh at eachother and to laugh together at others 😂

We go cities apart but someday I'm sure we all will be proud to see each other flying with no integral limits set!!😎
