slowly turned my pages,

To all those who have turned down silently during the most crucial times in my recent past as well as to those who have always tried identifying the inefficiencies in me sidelining/ demeaning the positives in me that they are equally aware of;
Wishing you all "GURU PURNIMA" this year!

Because it's not always about our institutional teachers or parents who teach us to be a good person in life rather it's about people like you who practically teach why not to be a person like you.

Thank you for teaching the best of lessons that even the
books have not been able to infuse in mind.
Thus with folded hands, an honest heart, and most importantly, with a smiling face,

I wish I were the rain drops, for each time I shall fall,
I shall land on your cheeks and kiss your smiling lips,
play a little with your nose and try teasing your eye lids,
just to enhance that one beautiful curve on your vibrant face,
and make you fall for me more and more with passing days.

when you breathe me in?

When you think of me,
I try holding your hands,

-Axar Patel wouldn't have played that important cameo with Virat Kohli??

-Arshdeep Singh wouldn't have taken those early Protean wickets??

-Hardik Pandya wouldn't have tricked the giant Henrich Klassen with a slower one outside off??

-Jasprit Bumrah wouldn't have come back in the 16th over following a heart wrenching disaster in the 15th??

-Suryakumar Yadav wouldn't have judged David Miller's catch to perfection before actually taking it at the ropes??

-Rohit Sharma wouldn't have backed the under performing maestro Virat Kohli till the end of this ICC tournament??
