MOMENTS

Happiness and Joy are found
Only in Evanescent Moments
But Fleeting as these Moments may seem,
They Illuminate the Darkness in between
Like Stars in the Night Sky

These Moments exist in places odd
In the silent sparks of Revelation
Between the Apprehension and Applause
Between the two breaths of a Sigh
And the Deep Space of Two Hearts

These Moments are strange, Defying the senses
And seem to set free an Infinity of Suspended Existence
Like A Galaxy of Stars in Her eyes
The sweet hesitation of parted Lips
And the Hopes of Tomorrow in Goodbyes.
