Wanting someone to be by my side...
Just to listen or sit in silence to feel alive
A presence that could feel like home
Someone to whom I can put out my soul
But all I got is
An empty space full of ignorance
which feels like I'm a burden sometimes
Is it something too much I'm asking for?
Sometimes I wonder...
Which is more unwelcomed?
Not directly asking? Or just silently hoping for it?

It allows me to detach myself
from this world for a while and
listen to my inner voice.

Under a beautiful tree,
there seems to be a scenery.
And It's just about to happen.
Heard? The sounds came.
It's them chirping at low pitches.
Just look at their happiness
It's life coming alive.
And that's how life shined through me,
when I lost the purpose to live.

दिल में कई बातें छुपा कर रखती हूं।
लफ़्ज़ तो कहना चाहते हैं,
पर सुन ने वाले कर्ण कम हैं।
या फिर यू कहूँ की है ही नहीं।
आज की दुनिया में अपनी परेशानी बताना मतलब,
स्वयं अपना उपहास करवाना।
फिर लोग पूछते हैं तुम आजकल चुप क्यों रहते हो?

कैसी दुनिया है ये?
गुनाह करने वाला आज़ाद
और गुनेहगार बना कोई और गुम रहा है
जिसकी गलती नहीं वो आखिर क्यों सहे?
मौत को गले क्यू लगाए?
पर क्या करे जब हर जगह दरिंदे हैं?
आख़िर कहा सुरक्षित हैं हम?
क्या है ये जवाब यहां किसी के पास?
