आज मैं अपनेआप से मिलने पुरानी यादों में पहुंची,
अँधेरा घना,सपनों की महक अब भी तरोताज़ा थी,
शुरआती कदमों के कुछ निशां मिले।
मैं दौड़क़र उसके पीछे भागी।
अल्मारियों की कोने में दबे मेरे मोती से आँसुओं की जुबानी सुनाई पड़ी।
सबके सपनों के बीच खुद की खुशियों की गुम चाबियों का गुच्छा मिला।
पुराने रंग बिरंगे पोशाकों में,मैं खुद को सवार रही थी।
वो झुमके,हाथों में लाल-हरी चूड़ियाँ।
मैं खुद को पहचान रही थी।
मैंने उस पुराने आईने से पूछा क्या मैं अब भी वही हूँ।
मेरी भीगी पलकों ने जवाबों की घठरि खोल मुझे मुझसे ही दोबारा मिला दिया।

इस दीपावली, जगमगाए आपका घर-आंगन,
हँसी से महके हर कोना, हर रंग।
प्यार और दयालुता बने आपके साथी,
खुशियों से रोशन हो हर छोटी बाती।

क्षमा और कृतज्ञता आपके संग रहें,
हर दीप softly कहे-“आप अकेले नहीं हैं।”
खुशियों की मिठास लिपटे हर पल,
शांति और सुकून रहे आपके दिल में हर हलचल।

जब दीप बुझे, मन फिर भी रोशन रहे,
प्रेम और उजाले की चमक हमेशा आपके साथ रहे।

वक़्त के गहरे पन्नों में कुछ सिमटे मेरे सपने थे,
उन गहरे - गहरे सपनों के सिलवट में मेरे तार फँसे।
सब कहते थे तू मेहनत कर, तक़दीर बदलने वाली तू।
सब छोड़ के पीछे भाग वहाँ, इस आस की कर रखवाली तू।
सब कहते थे तू सोना है, पिघलाकर बचपन बड़ी बनी।
नन्ही आंखों में सपनों की पोटली थी रची-बसी।
समय का पहिया था बलवान,मैं कहाँ मानने वाली थी।
सबके हिस्से के सपनों की मैंने कमान संभाली थी।
कभी यहाँ गिरी,कभी वहां गिरी,उठकर दोबारा खड़ी हुई।
दौड़ी सपनों के पीछे मैं,पर किस्मत की ऐसी मार लगी।
छलनी होकर के बिखर गई उम्मीदों की महँगी माला।
कुर्बान हुआ जिसमें बचपन-यौवन का रस सारा।
न जी पाई बचपन मेरा,न ही यौवन का पता चला।
न वापस वक़्त वो आएगा, जाने अब कहाँ ले जाएगा।
इन भूली-भटकी राहों में मन कितना कुम्हलाया जाएगा।
ये वक़्त का पहिया जाने कब,मेरा वक़्त भी लाएगा?

मेरी हर खुशी क्यूँ शामिल नहीं,
तू ही तू हर जगह,मैं कोई हामिल नहीं।
मेरे जीवन के हर हिस्से में, मैं भी क्यूँ तुझे पनाह दूँ?
जब तेरे हिस्से के किसी भी किस्से में , मेरी कहानी नहीं।

तुम्हें अंदर से झकझोर जाए।
पर तुम साहस बनाए रखना,विश्वास बनाए रखना।
ठोकर खाकर ठहर मत जाना। तुम्हें कुछ अलग है कर दिखाना।
लाख अंधेरों में एक सूर्य-किरण तुम्हारे इंतेज़ार में है।
अब मुकाम नज़दीक है, ये सुबह बस तुम्हारे इंतेज़ार में है।
