कभी कभी लगता है तुम ओर मैं एक ही हैं,
मेरे ही वजूद का हिस्सा तो हो तुम।
फिर सोचती हू इतने अंजान क्यों हो, 
खोए हुए से परेशान क्यों हो।
क्या है ऐसा जो तुम्हें मुझसे अलग करता है,
मेरे हर ख्याल हर जज़्बात को तन्हा करता है।
क्यों तुम्हारे होते हुए भी अकेली हू मैं,
खुद मे ही उलझी सी एक पहेली हू मैं।
तुम सुलझाओ आकर ऐसी आस तो नही है,
बस यही एक एहसास है जो मेरे पास नही है।
फिर भी कभी कभी लगता है तुम ओर मैं एक ही हैं...

Ever since I was a child,
I dreamt of a wild.
I tried to escape reality,
as it took away my sanity.
Hold it strong, girl,
You are at the verge of a whirl.
Get up and get it right,
try to be ladylike.
Spare me from this torment, I screamed,
You are no good for my self-esteem.
Folding my hair into a bun,
I pulled myself and try to run.
You can’t hide, they will find you,
as the demons reside within you.
I will not hide, I roared,
as I am a wild child therefor can’t be tamed.

cause I have found my way where my soul belongs.
