the sky has turned blue
loosing its shades of hope
makes all look pale and awful

nor lightened once
yet thunders
and rains...

the city still gleams
the roads of velvet
awaits to strange
footprints.
waving willows,
assembled autumn breeze.
morning dews
prolonged its stay
till dawn.
as nightingales choirs and
ravens drops lilly,
a new comebacks
steps out smirking back
in reviving glow.

in me
silenced
inner sanity

who knows?

perhaps
the void
itself a sane
turning me
a sanguine
fallen leaves

love found me
sneaking into
threshold

left it’s ‘souvenir’
inside a gold plated cage
with blank letters

I, mused over
filling the blankness
uttering words
that never penned

all I got to say
I inherit a cage
with the shame
of not possessing
a key

haunted
