Mixed emotions
On the one hand
I'm excited about the new journey
But on the other I'm sad
Because I miss my folks

Makes me feel all warm and bubbly inside
Knowing that others even notice
Is like a miracle in itself
It motivates me to keep being who I am
The more I receive it, the more I give it

I fix me first. If I change the way I look
At troubles and see them as golden
Opportunities to learn, build character
And accept what I can't change,
I'd quickly find that it's not a matter of fixing anything but altering the way I see them
