Self care and being over obsessed with being positive, the Me Time, may be the temporary solution. We all need to understand that negativity and positivity co-exist. We can't ignore their existence. But we can differentiate, embrace and tackle ourselves.

Imagine someone saying that their shit is like negativity, and to stop producing shit, they are going to stop eating.
