The moment your lips touched mine,
I knew the imprint is gonna stay forever.

As loud as I could, I screamed
but all that came back was a fainted echo
When I looked around,
All I saw was my fading shadow

As much as I could, I struggled
but the pain tangled like a giant python
Tightening it's grip
slowly breaking all my bones(hopes)

The harder I tried
The faster was the massacre

And when it came to an end

There was no more struggle or noise
Inside there was nothing left
except a big hole with dead silence,
An empty soul filled with darkness

They said "She is not good enough for him"
She knew She is enough for herself.

Stop Judging me for my deeds
Come and stand on the very ground
Where I have struggled till the end and drowned
Yet living on, putting the mask in descrete
Hiding pain and story both underneath

I met a stranger
on the unnamed road
Road that was dark
and of which I was unsure
He made a promise to stay
till the end of the darkness
till the new sun rises

In the peach black night
when there was not any light
With warmth he held my hand
Walking along without any demand
And in that unfamiliar path
His voice became my solitude
His breath was my consolation

In the end, at the crossroads
Touching my face with his finger
He planted a kiss on my lips
and whispered in my ear
Our paths were crossed till here
And all I could say in that moment
was "farewell", to my dear stranger

When reality fails to keep me in it's grasp
I slowly drift away in to the realm of reverie
To meet my thoughts, beautiful and raw.
In the desparate attempt to get ahold of their essence,
I pick up a pen and try putting them on paper.

For ages
I lied down in the dark
There was no asylum to walk to,
I left the desire to be rescued
Unsought, unrequired
In my own grief, I drowned

These days,
I don't feel the agony or the pain
Not even the blood in my vein
I don't feel that cold anymore
because now I have a colder soul
And the darkness inside is raising

Life is a collection of short stories.
In some you are the villian, with your mistakes.
In some you are the hero and you do the right thing.
In some you lose,in some you win.
But at the end you are sum of all the characters you have played.
So don't choose one of the bad one's where you have taken some bad decisions and feel disheartened or don't choose the good one's and settle down for it.
You are way better than the best version of you till date.
So keep pushing to meet the next best version and again try making it the second best.

Your place isn't in the sky
Hide your wings
you shouldn't fly
You are the frog inside the well
Your sky does have a limit
You must stay under their spell

They say,
Time will heal all your wounds
You need to hide those scars
so it could never be found
Wrap it with most expensive cloth
and try to look pretty
for them from here forth

They want to cage you up
as they are scared of your strength
that can move even the mountain
Like keeping the tiger in the zoo
Unaware of it's own potential
and the things, it can do

They are scared of your spark
that can lighten up the sky
as they are used to stay in the dark
Your wounds are your power
and they don't know that
You are the most beautiful with all your scar
