GHAZAL ON LIFE WITHOUT FARMERS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I knowingly pushed you into that deep cleft on the earth.
I didn't know that without you, I'll be bereft on the earth.
Money chuckles, when I believe it can calm my stomach.
From the day you left, there is no food left on the earth.
I search for food in every nook and corner, but it is vain.
I find only the dead bodies that are in heft on the earth.
In the war between heart and tummy, the tummy wins.
I start eating the corpse & go on its quest on the earth.
For my next meal, I steal and pile the bodies of my kiths.
My heart rues as it's my first ruthless theft on the earth.
When I decide to do farming, my brain asks, why Nivenk?
For I can't see beloved ones starve to death on the earth.
