इस शरीर से मैंने उस आत्मा को खत्म कर दिया जिसने वादे तुझ से हजारों किए थे ।
नये वादे करने के लिए एक नये जिस्म को जन्म दिया है ।
आत्मा जरूर कमजोर हुई होगी लेकिन जिस्म को मैंने मजबूत और दृढ़ किया है ।
दिल टूटा जरूर होगा लेकिन अब और ना टूट सके इसलिए इसे और शैतान किया है ।

"दोहरी सजा"
मैं तुमसे सवाल नहीं करना चाहता लेकिन जवाब उन सभी बेचैन रातों को खुली नींद के कारण्यों का चाहता हूं,
कुछ जवाब तो है मेरे मन में लेकिन किस जवाब का क्या सवाल है यह मैं तुमसे सवाल करना चाहता हूं,
अनगिनत वादों में से किए हुए कई वादे हर बार तोड़े थे, अब कितने वादे तोड़े मैंने और कितने किए थे उनकी गिनती में तुमसे चाहता हूं,
थक गए थे शायद एक ही बात को लेकर झगड़े करते हुए, आखरी बार एक नया बहाना लेकर तुमसे उम्रभर का झगड़ा चाहता हूं,
सोचे तो मैंने इन रत्नों में बहुत कारण है तुमसे बिछड़ने के, लेकिन एक आखरी बार तुमसे सलाह मशवरा करके बिछड़ना चाहता हूं,
जो सजा तुमने नहीं दी मुझे मेरे गुनाहों की,
मैं तुमसे हर उस गुनाह की सजा चाहता हूं,
मैं तुमसे बेइंतहा मोहब्बत करने की,
तुम्हारे कानून के अनुसार दोहोरी सजा चाहता हूं,
मैं तुमसे बेइंतहा मोहब्बत करने की,
तुम्हारे कानून के अनुसार दोहोरी सजा चाहता हूं ।

The right believe
When you have believed in someone to that extent that you are assured that they will never leave you and will always stay with you but in the end they leave,
Now you are far away from thoughts like this and you will never believe in someone even if they assure you that they will stay with you forever, that stint of fear will be in you will always remain.
